Schooner Creek is by far the best boat yard I have used in the NW. Work was well done and on time. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. The cost of the work was just as stated and seemed in line with other boat yards. I recommend them highly.

Kind of a hidden gem of the Oregon coast. It's an hour and fifty minutes away from Portland so not exactly and easy place to get to but after a day on the coast, it's a beautiful way to end the day. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is low-key. It looks like a mom and pop diner; cozy, warm, very small town. The food is fantastic! The mac n' cheese was incredibly flavorful and rich. Unfortunately, it was little too rich for me to finish in one sitting but I'm a firm believer in leftovers, so I didn't mind, lunch for another time. The prices are steep so a dinner for two can easily be about $60-$70. Worth it though in my opinion 5 star.
