I cannot recommend this shop enough. I've had a Swan for 20 years and used 3 other service shops. This is the first guy I'd go back to. He did a good analysis on all systems before our Bermuda race and found a couple things I wasn't aware and hadn't been repaired properly by previous guy. He's a straight-shooter - let me know what was worth fixing and what wasn't worth fixing. In other words, he looked out for my best interest.

Was referred to them by another tech in the area that did not have bandwidth to work on my boat. I was clueless when it came to a new windlass!! The staff were very knowledgeable and gave me the best recommendation while also keeping the cost low. Very honest! The windlass is working great and we expect many years of use ahead.

We had budget constraints but they were able to help us by getting less expensive materials. All the workmanship produced by their shop is top notch. We ended up with an amazing new galley complete with cabinets, stove, and counter tops. Customer service was exceptional and they and were very patient explaining our options (and costs) to us. On top of it all, they did what they said they would do, met deadlines, and were just a joy to do business with.
