Hodgdon Yacht Services is a full-service marine company providing boat service and repair recreational and working vessel owners with a complete spectrum of skilled trades for outfitting, refitting, and maintaining motor and sailing vessels. HYS operates out of three locations in Mid Coast Maine: the Boatyard in Southport, Hodgdon Marina in Boothbay Harbor, and the Shipyard in East Boothbay. ​ Our process is simple: understand our customers and their vessel. With this idea in mind, the Service Managers at the Southport Boatyard or the Project Managers at the East Boothbay Shipyard develop a comprehensive plan – utilizing the depth of their knowledge and training – to enhance every customer’s experience with their boat and on the water. Our goal is to provide boat service and repair in a manner that ensures value over the long-term and with the understanding that each customers’ boating style, preferences, and financial capacity are as unique as the boats they operate. ​ As one Hodgdon’s five divisions, Hodgdon Yacht Services brings considerable resources to each boat service and repair project. These include a design and engineering team, interiors expertise, and world class knowledge in advanced composite technology. The talented and dedicated Hodgdon Team can handle any level of complexity to the highest standards of the industry. ​ Using our three locations, we provide service on boats that are up to 65 feet at our 10.5 acre Boatyard in Southport, of any size at the dock at Hodgdon Marina in Boothbay Harbor, and up to 160 feet at our three acre Shipyard in East Boothbay. In addition, we provide mobile boat service and repair in case you can’t make it to one of our locations. ​ Hodgdon Yacht Services takes pride in delivering personalized boat service and repair, providing expert advice at every stage of the process, delivering accurate cost accounting, and maintaining close communication with customers.
