Savannah Yacht Center is the premier deep-water superyacht refit, repair and maintenance facility on the US east coast. We are dedicated to the luxury yachting industry and are proud to service some of the largest superyachts in the world. OUR FACILITIES Specializing in the service, refit and repair of superyachts, Savannah Yacht Center offers an excellent alternative to facilities in Florida and the Bahamas. Designed with big yachts in mind, Savannah Yacht Center provides the power and space required for some of the world’s largest and most iconic superyachts. The yard is equipped with a 3,240-ton (gross) shiplift platform capable of hauling vessels up to 80m on the hard, and our graving dock can handle yachts over 100m. For in-water service and paint refinishing, Savannah Yacht Center is equipped with 366m of floating docks, suitable for yachts up to 122m in length. These provide good access for fueling, crane operations and are outfitted with multiple shore power connections up to 500 amps. OUR SERVICES Savannah Yacht Center provides its large yacht customers with the infrastructure to handle their maintenance, repair and refit projects. Our extensive facilities, combined with our network of skilled tradesmen and trusted subcontractors, allows us to service the needs of visiting superyachts, whether great or small. Services include exterior paint refinishing, electrical works, fabrication, fueling, joinery, mechanical requirements, piping and interior refit. Our diligent team is dedicated to ensuring all client requirements are met, with a meticulous eye for detail. YACHT REFINISHING - Top side paint refinishing with our industry partner, Pinmar USA, has a facility on site to assist with your refinishing needs - All topside paint jobs are accomplished with custom membrane enclosures both in the water and on the hard. Enclosures can be customized for specific areas of paint work as required - On-site, fully equipped and climate controlled small parts paint shop and spray booth - Hull bottom blasting utilizing Ultra High-Pressure water blasting equipment - Anti-fouling applications ELECTRICAL - On-site electrical shop - Five and ten year Class survey assistance - General electrical repairs on vessel systems FABRICATING - On-site fabrication - Lloyd’s certified welders - Steel and aluminum hull and deck plate repairs - Extensions and structural modifications - Custom stainless-steel railings, ladders and deck components FUELING - Colonial Fuel & Lubricant Services, Inc. (CFLS) provides direct-to-vessel fueling services for our sister subsidiary, Colonial Oil Industries, Inc. Our fuel trucks are U.S. Coast Guard Certified for ex-pipe, truck and barge delivery. - Our marine operation offers unsurpassed flexibility, with 24/7 dispatch service and centralized email ordering. This allows us to respond to a customer’s request swiftly, safely and accurately.
