An outstanding service experience! Brad delivered on time, did everything he said he would and communicated the entire process like no other mechanic, marine or otherwise. Brad pulled my 34' Regal Cruise out of Lake Norman, completed an overdue 5k worth of service and then delivered it back to me on Lake Wylie.
