I own a Master Craft X-30 and have had a few repair issues with it they have always completed the repairs as quickly as possible. But this last Saturday they went above and beyond the typical service. The parts for my boat didn't arrive until and hour before closing on Friday. Typically they are not open on Saturday but I needed the boat ASAP so they arranged to have a technician come in on Saturday(a day they are normally closed) and repair the boat.

Their service department is the best I have ever worked with. VERY honest and knowledgeable. I did not purchase my Mastercraft from them, but the service they have provided has always been top notch and timely. I will buy another Mastercraft just for their service team so I can deal with them and not some of the other frustrating dealerships in the valley.
