I had my Bayliner boat to Potomac Marine for professional winterization in October 2012. In April 2013 I found that the block was cracked from freezing. Potomac Marine would not admit fault in their winterization job but after several discussions they offered $1000 off if I pay them $5600 for a 5.7l engine block swap. I told them I got a quote from another shop for an identical motor for $3200 including installation but they refused to give me any money back. I lost the summer boating season with their lies and delays and several thousand dollars. They do not know to work on Mercruisers and they do not stand behind their work. BEWARE!
