Bought a shoal water from the clearlake store in july of 2016(boat show), the sales team was fantastic, but about a month after i realized my 20 foot shoal water was rubbing the trailer as it was being loaded. i took it to port conner and the guy there said it was the trailer. i called texas marine to see what i needed to do and still to this day i haven't received a call back. i ended up going straight to mcclain trailers where my trailer was modified and haven't had a problem since.

They sell boats. That's it. Don't think about service or repair. Took my boat in for install of new gauges. They mentioned several other options and accessories that I might consider. I said okay along with the gauges. They received the gauges the next day. 8 weeks and $1600 in options later, the gauges still had not been installed. I retrieved my boat, took it to another shop, and the gauges were installed in 3 days. Great place to buy a boat...

They will be kind and courteous when you buy a boat. I went in after the fact needing to get a replacement bolt ordered and they told me to go to a hardware store. In it for the sale and that's it.
