I would give no stars at all if I could. We cannot even get a call back. We call repeatedly and cannot get anyone on the phone. Now his voicemail is full and we can't even leave a message. We have a boat in John's shop since August. We have tried over and over again and just keep getting a different story every time. Now we can't even reach John at all. I will be taking this to the CA Dept of consumer affairs and the sacramento county DA for review. I will take this to the 'enth degree to protect other consumers from this BS. I just want the boat back at this point. I will be contacting CHP and reporting the boat stolen.
