We have a nautique boat but no nautique dealer where we live in Charlotte and needed a new thermostat for the boat.
Day after Thanksgiving.
No one offered to help (even though we wandered around for 20 mins).
Three workers just ignored us.
Service center didn't know what type of thermostat our boat took.
Had no computer skills to look up the correct part-yes-they had a computer but he didn't know how to use it. Seriously.
Great selection of boats. Just not a lot of help if you need...um...help!
Make sure you know exactly your item number before you purchase from them since they can't look up your boats requirements on location.
Scratch that...if you are gonna do that much work just order it online like we are doing and save yourself an hour drive from Atlanta.
