I would love to be able to rate this place higher, especially since my family has been shopping here for so many years... Even back to when it was Rosemount Marine. I definitely love the selection of Arctic cat snowmobiles... And my husband likes the UTVs upstairs. They also have a great selection of gear. But the service is what keeps me from rating this higher. It takes quite a bit of time to be acknowledged at the front desk... Even when there are associates behind the desk... And even when they do not already have a customer in front of them. This makes it a bit disappointing. The guy that helped us today was actually very nice and friendly. And he was the one busy helping another customer before he got to us... He actually broke a way to fuck us and I think it might be because he saw that we were not being acknowledged by the other workers. I realize that today we just wanted to buy a hat... But what they did not realize is that we are also eventually planning to purchase a UTV... And with the lack of service we may not make the transaction here.

Worst possible experience. Not worthy of any stars. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with angry staff and go elsewhere. I dropped my boat off for some basic spring work. I came back with a damaged trim cable - not there before. They claimed they had nothing to do with. I later realize it was leaking gear lube from the lower unit which they just changed. Upon investigating the issue myself, I realize their mechanic failed to completely tight the fill valve screw. I tighten that down and there were no more leaks. Nothing - not a drop leaking anywhere. The lower unit had water in it from the screw not being tightened. I took it back for them to redo. No apologies, no sign they cared. But they redid it. They called me to tell me it was ready but they thought the prop shaft seals were bad. They weren't sure but they wanted to replace them. I said no. When I showed up to pick up my boat, I received a lengthy lecture from the owner's wife about how I was going to destroy my motor by not allowing them replace the prop shaft seals. Seals that were replaced a year ago and have never shown any signs of leaking. They refused to help me connect my boat. I took home and parked it overnight. The next morning I came out to find a huge puddle of gear lube directly under the prop - never been there before. It wasn't there before I took it to them. Upon calling the owner about this - he denied the whole thing and refused to do anything to help with the issues. He was very angry and clearly didn't care. So if the owner doesn't care about terrible service don't waste your money there. I ended up having to pay another mechanic to redo everything they charged me over $200 to do.
