We purchased our very first boat about a month and a half ago and had already experienced the worst service possible by the dealer we actually purchased it from. We took it to Lewis and had him and his team run a full diagnostic to discover several things that were not only misrepresented but things that had been messed up by the previous service team at the dealer. Lewis was very attentive to our needs and put forth the extra effort to educate us as to what was needed to be repaired, why, and ways to avoid future issues, where no one else had taken the time to explain anything. They even uploaded youtube videos of what they were doing while working on the boat so we could see exactly what he was referring to. They provided us a detailed estimate which was exactly what we paid at pickup. They are honest and let us know up front that the work could take a couple weeks and they have a first come first serve policy. We will definitely be using their services from now on!

These guys are some friendly good ol boys they will explain things in simple terms to you and make you feel right at home. They will explain and show you how to fix and maintain your boat on the spot. Yes it can be exspensive but you pay for what you get and here you get excellent service and free know how and education they give you is priceless. I highly recommend them for any boat maintenance or repairs very quick turn around and highly professional.

I wish I had checked reviews for Hot Headz Marine before I went there. They charged me more per hour than quoted, even up to more than double, they charged me for unauthorized work and said they put in more hours on my boat than they are even open.
If you have a complaint about this shoddy operation and it's owner, Lewis Walker, forward it to Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas. They now have a file on these people.
Hopefully, the AG will eventually shut this operation down.
