Not the best service when it comes to a warranty claim. Especially when I was advised upon purchase of the product that any damage would be repaired or replaced. Not the case when I walked into the store I was now told sry we need more evidence and would not replace the item... just a heads up when it comes to purchasing warranty items from Henry's Bait Shop. I guess the great advantage the business has is that there really isn't too many bait shops around chicago. But unfortunately I will not buy gear from there anymore because they don't honor the warranty.. not the case with bass pro and Cabelas where the truly care for the customers satisfaction

In a time when most bait shops have gone our of business is refreshing to know a small business serves the public in the inner city where the big fox store dare not care to serve the fishing public
