I had a problem with my bass boat not starting. Most other marine repair centers had a 3-4 week backlog to even look at it. I called Harbin Marine and they said they could look at it in just a few days. They ran diagnostics on the Mercury outboard and tested it for two days but couldn't duplicate the problem. Chip said the motor ran great and didn't need any tuning. He gave me some tips on starting the motor and installed a new trim tab at my request. I was afraid to see the bill, but it was VERY reasonable and the whole team I dealt with at Harbin Marine was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
