I've been using Crystal Cove Marina for the past 3 years and I wouldn't bring my boat anywhere else. I actually live and boat out of Marblehead and look forward to my season opening and closing runs up the coast. I've always found the service A+ with them going above and beyond on a number of occasions. As an example, I called about pulling my boat prior to the last big storm of the season. They were extremely backed up with the demand and assured me that at the very least I could use a slip for protection. I had not arrived back in Marblehead when I received a text of my boat sitting safely in the parking lot!!! Great Service, Great People, Great Experience. I can't wait for April!!!

My first and last visit to this marina was terrible. I am an experienced captain and have visited many marinas, I have never experienced anything like the rude and unprofessional behavior of the dock manager at Crystal Cove Marina.
