What a treat my experience was. I visited Clovis Marine on 02-26-2012 and spoke to Alicia in the parts Dept. I ask for a coil assembly for a Honda 15 horse outboard motor. I had the old part with me with no numbers on the unit. Alicia checked in her parts manuel and me, not knowing the year or the serial number with me, could not find the part. After looking at several models she found the coil assembly. Not knowing if this was the correct one, she took a picture and ordered the assembly. She called me today, 02-28 to tell me she had received the part and she was mailing the coil assembly to my mechanic who resides in Toll house, Ca. I am very pleased with the professionalism, the courtesy, and the great service i received. even though it should not make a difference, I was treated like a customer with a need and considering I live in San Jose, Ca. Tells me that when you come into their store as a customer, you will be treated as though you live next door. Thank you Alicia Ron Keffer

Horrible. I found them to be untrustworthy, I believe they intentionally vandalized the butterfly on my carb, rude, kept the boat for an extensive amount of the summer, then refused to accept a CC in case I did a charge back.

They are very rude and won't give you the time of Day.... First time I have been there and I will never return !!!! The owner told me to call Mercury Corporation to get a Manuel.. Going to call the Corporate office for Mercury Boats!!! I wanted to buy a new motor but I will go to Orange County to buy one..
