Bought a boat from there after looking at numerous other places.......the knowledge, lack of pressure and customer service is second to none! I was interested in upgrading power on the boat and they told me they would be more than happy to up-sell me, but that I wouldn't see any significant improvement in performance.....kind of nice dealing with HONEST people - especially after I looked at another boat dealer (practically right next door) who was the epitome of horrific customer service, never returned phone calls and came up with excuse after excuse - it was a breath of fresh air dealing with ALL of the staff from Bohner/Lacefield. It's a family business and their customer service, knowledge of all their products is exceptional. They were completely dialed, went out of their way to accommodate me and went well above what any dealer has ever gone to. So glad I discovered them on accident! Give them a call, go by and see them - you won't be disappointed!

Emailed photos of boat damage for a estimate to shop supervisor, after 5 calls and text without any kind of response I gave up. It's obvious this place doesn't need buissness. They kept saying we would get it by the end of the day...

This family run business gives great customer service! They made purchasing our new boat smooth and quick! Dusty was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. Small family run businesses are disappearing throughout CA and this is one I hope will run on forever. It's great to watch a family work together to provide you with the best experience when making a purchase like this! FIVE STARS!

Initial sales customer service was good. However, upon the delivery of the boat at the lake, the sales person was an hour late and that just started the ball rolling downhill quickly. The boat was supposed to come with specific packages from another dealership. While it may not be Bohner's fault that it did not, delivery of the packages has been prolonged. What was supposed to be 1 to 2 day install timeframe, ended up being two weeks...and it's still not complete. The initial sales person did everything possible he could to make up for it which was a good effort I do have to admit. However, every timeframe that was promised to us has never been met once. The speedometer was supposed to be installed on the boat during the two-week downtime however that never happened. It was promised that it would be installed this last week, and yet once again, did not happen. I don't know if it is that the service department is inexperienced or shorthanded but there is little to no excuse for poor customer service and lack of communication. We never found out that it would take longer than expected until after the timeframe had passed and we contacted them with questions. I would not recommend this dealership for service department to anyone at least at this point. I honestly feel that now once they have the money for the boat, all of the promises have been broken because it doesn't matter anymore.
