I went here over the weekend to check out the store and not one person asked me if I needed help. After looking at some boats, I went into the parts department and still nobody acknowledged my existence. I browsed the different boat products and realized that they are more expensive than anyone could ever imagine. To make a long story short, I walked across the street to O' Riley and got what I needed for half the price and then drove 5 minutes to Academy to get the rest of the items. Bent marine was selling a trailer hitch draw bar for $45 dollars and that didn't include the ball! I went to Walmart and bought the same thing for $14. I don't know if they are trying to pay the rent with one purchase, but I will not be going back till they step up their customer service and sell parts at fair market value.

I bought a boat there last year and I will not recommend anyone to not buy a boat at bent Marine I payed a lot of money for it and didn't get a owners manual for my motor when I called them and asked for a one and they told me that one doesn't come with the motor called mercury and they told me that a owners manual come with every motor I think they don't give them out so you have to come to them for service all they care about is a way to make money.
