Came across Behrens marine through their internet listing and gave them a call to get a quote on injector work for my Yanmar diesel. Stephen, the owner, was super pleasant and knowledgeable about my “white smoke” problem. He was able to meet me at the boat the next day and had the injectors thoroughly cleaned and tested within 2 days. Engine was back together and running like a top the next day. Monday to Thursday and back running, where do you get that anywhere else. Stephen is a navy guy who’s been trained sparing no expense, he knows his stuff and is great to talk to about anything but especially marine engines and systems. I can’t recommend Behrens marine and Stephen highly enough!

My boat wouldn’t start after sitting for the past year. I called Steve and he was able to swing by my slip 2 hours after I called. He was able to start the engine within a matter of minutes and said that he could come by the following day and do some much needed maintenance to the engine, he did! He showed me what he was doing and was very friendly with his demeanor. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of any boat services!

Steve is very helpful with managing our yacht. He has a lot of experience managing boats and it shows! Before we go to San Diego we call Steve. He makes sure that our yacht is running an doesn’t have any issues (he even washed the boat down before we arrived, what a surprise!). He’s very professional and knows what he’s talking about. We haven’t had any issues with our yacht since we hired him and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Steve!
