Dave worked as a commercial diver for 15 years out of NJ and MA. He obtained his Coast Guard Captain's License in 1984 and started In Depth Marine Services, an independent towing & diving company. He became a Sea Tow Licensee in 1985 and is one of the few people in the industry that holds a Master of Towing License. In addition to our experienced team of captains, crew and support staff, Sea Tow Central Chesapeake boasts an impressive fleet of utility vessels marked by distinctive yellow hulls.
