Great place to store your boat. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I changed our haul out date 3x and they were extremely flexible. Short cruise from the harbors and best prices in Chicago area. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very pleasant and nice, but they slapped some new paint on a rotten boat and sold it to me. Granted it was my first boat purchase and I could have asked them to check the engine, but I had good faith that they--the nice people selling me my first boat--had already made sure it wasn't a piece of crap. They knew the previous owner, so they knew the (lack of) maintenance that had been done on the boat...but I was the one who found out that the long block rusted through, started to take on water, and slowly destroyed the inside of the engine. During my first summer, I was stranded more than a dozen times and towed to shore. It was scary. 2 years later, after completely overhauling the inside and rebuilding the engine, the boat is back in business. But I had to take it somewhere else to get it there. If you buy from here, ask for work orders. Ask for engine inspections. Ask for everything you can't see with your own eyes.

I have my boat there for winter storage. Could not be happier. Very friendly Very professional. All of the service orders are filled in a timely manner and at a fair price. If you love your boat and you want it kept well, use Marine services. If price is the main thing, don't go there, as the other reviewer stated, you get what you pay for!

Sabotage!!!! My boat is in mint condition, and personally service the boat on a regular basis and never once had a problem. Well this year I decided to take my boat here for service to get a simple winterization done with oil changes. A week after I picked my boat up, I found a 2 ft diameter oil spot underneath the outdrive. I uncovered the boat, and climbed in to lower the outdrive to see where the oil was coming from, just to find Not only did they not disconnect the batteries as they promised to do, but they left the battery shut off switch to the "both" position and left the ignition on. Luckily I found the 2 new dead batteries now and recharged them, otherwise I would of been replacing them again in the spring!!! As far as the lower unit oil goes....I checked it and it was still overfilled...even after leaking an estimated 1/2 quart on the driveway. My particular unit doesn't even hold 2 qts. The reason it was leaking is because they reinstalled a "shredded to pieces" o-ring on the vent screw. If this went on unnoticed, and i drove the boat like this, the rest of the oil would of immediately drained out, and would of caused thousands of dollars in damages. Anyways, when I called to discuss these matters, they told me they had their best tech working on the boat, and basically called me a liar to my face and refused to do anything about it. So much for the 100% guarantee they promised!!!!!
