Serving northern Michigan under family ownership since 1969, our goal has been providing the best products, best staff, and best service experience around. To that end many on our team have been here 30+ years! The same goes for our customers-we're proud to have built lasting relationships with generations of families around Northern Michigan. Join a team of over 14 well-trained, dedicated employees ready to serve you. Our employees are factory-trained--many hold multiple manufacturer certifications requiring continuous testing to remain certified. We pride ourselves on offering a personable, small business atmosphere since 1969, while providing one of the largest and most modern service facilities in Northern Michigan. Mitch DePauw, who came to us in 1987, is a BRP Certified Master Tech leading the team in the Sea-Doo®/Sport Boat/Outboard department. Dave Gross, another valued member of our team since 1987, runs the Inboard/Outboard side of the shop. Brian Speranza, our electronics expert, celebrated 15 years here in 2017. Matt Chromicz is a service writer/warranty specialist and has been here over 25 years. Brian Kennedy, another experienced staff member, has been with us over 20 years. There are many other important team members involved in the success of our service department, from forklift and storage operation to watercraft/snowmobile pick up and delivery. Most of our staff have been here an average of 10+ years. Staff longevity means we know you and your products year after year. Stop in and meet our crew--our business success is built on loyal relationships with our customers. Burt Lake Marina has a Canvas Department for canvas repair and fabrication services. Rhonda Goode is available to provide estimates and more at our facility on Bunker Road or to arrange a service call for your convenience.
