they added additional labor time ($100/hr) without letting me know and when I as why after seeing the bill, the wife (Charlestan "April" Jackson) said she doesn't know because she doesn't work in the shop yet she was one who I talked to from the beginning and when I agreed with her on the cost to work on two items on the itemized list which she provided after I had requested. I really feel like taken advantage of from a "wife" discussing the work and cost with customer and getting the ok but the "husband" tacking on the charges later on bill and the wife saying "i don't know because i don't work in the shop". Any additional work or added labor cost that was not part of the original agreement should be communicated to the customer to get his/her consent before proceeding. This wife and husband combination way of doing business to cheat the customer is not an honest business and should be avoid. I do not recommend taking you boat to Munson Marine for repair.
