There is nothing but great customer service here. Very helpful and go out of their way to make sure my boating repair needs and concerns are met. The engine was making a noise and the prop needed to be reconditioned and refinished. Boat runs very smoothly now and doesn't sound like its reeady to blow up!

What a great place! The shop is in tip top shape and these gentlemen sure do know their outboards!! If your engine explodes they could probably find a way to fix it. We ran aground and ended up needing a new prop and work done on the intake and fueling system. All done without a hitch!

We have been boat owners for over 20 years and have never received such a high level of service. Every place we have went to, they would have it for at least a month before they would even look at it. After we dropped it off with you we received a phone call the next day diagnosing the issue and an exact time frame as to when it would be fixed. Other shops are hesitant to give an exact date but you held true to your word. Thank you!

Was referred to Londontowne and I could not be happier with the results. Very responsive in assessing what was wrong. They had the boat repaired a day early and under their estimate. Best of all it runs better than when we bought it. In the past 10 years I've tried 4 different shops/mechanics and none of them came close to the great service I received at Londontowne.
