Horton Marine Services is a distributor and service provider for marine comfort systems including refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating, water maker units/desalination systems, Hamilton Jets, and small generators. We are an ABYC certified company, and our technicians collectively bring over 40 years of industry experience to all service, repair, and installation calls. Whether it’s winterization, troubleshooting, or a new system installation, Horton Marine Services is proud to continue a 30 year family tradition of providing quality service to the boating community. Closely affiliated with Sea Frost Refrigeration, we are well-versed in all aspects of marine refrigeration. Whether it’s AC, DC, or engine drive, we can troubleshoot and repair your existing unit or install a new refrigeration system. HMS can also assess and solve all your air-conditioning problems; we are a distributor for several eco-friendly, user friendly, and industry-trusted air conditioning brands. With ABYC certified electrical technicians on staff, we can also assess any inverter, charger, monitor, and other battery device problems and quickly repair or replace them. HMS can also install and repair tank senders, amp meters, circuit breakers, selector switches, relays, GFCI's, water pumps and water heaters.

I've used Horton for AC and refrigeration. great quality and they actually show up which is rare in this industry.

It would be hard to find a better deal anywhere else. The staff are super nice and easy to deal with. I saved hundreds of dollars using them versus comparable shops. The project was completed in under a week. You will not regret using them!

The owner is a stand up guy and honest , he charged me exactly what he said he would and made sure that all of the line items on the invoice were very clear to me. He did excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone .

I had heard great things about their friendly, great service and the rumors are true. It's a much better experience than the typical 'man in a van' operations you see and there is not much turnover in staff. I like places that treat there employees well because then the employees treat you well!

Highly professional and extremely detail oriented. Very diligent and takes a lot of pride in a superb finished product down to the last excruciating detail. I have used him for many different challenges on my boat and have not once been disappointed. I recommend him for any project.

Nate was very friendly, very responsive and very knowledgeable. He worked on my Azimut 45 Fly A/C. Ordered the part needed from Italy and customized the system for easier maintenance. I will not have anyone else work on the unit, and will use him to winterize the system properly.
