Rigging Rigging inspections, tuning & consultations; Lifelines: wire & synthetic, wire rigging, swage & mechanical, custom running rigging, mast lighting & electronics. Rigging Products Harken, Lewmar, Scheafer, Hayn, C.S.Johnson, Antal, Forespar, Ronstan, Navtec, Norseman, Hi-Mod, Tylaska, Garhauer, Wichard, Selden, Sparcraft, Edson & many more. Splicing We can do line splicing in 3 strand, plait, single and double braid, high tech, rope to chain, rope to wire and others. Bring your own rope or we will get it for you. Depending on seasons & work loads, many splices can be done on the same day or by next day. Pricing varies for the size, type of splice and rope that needs to be spliced. Rope & Wire We use only 316 Series stainless steel wire for standing rigging. 304 & galvanized can be ordered on request. Also Compacted Strand (Dyform) Dyneema Dax 1X19, 7X19 & 7X7 constructions. We work with solid rod but re-heading or replication is sent to Navtec. New England Ropes, Sampson, Yale etc. All components (Nicopress sleeves, thimbles etc.) are carefully matched for tensile strength & galvanic compatability. Winches & Furlers We offer winch and furler sales, service and installations. Winch & Furler Products Harken, Lewmar, Schafer, Facnor, Antal, Anderson, Profurl & Selden (Furlex).
