I bought an Xcursion tri-toon from them last year and had an excellent experience. All of the staff was top notch and I believe I got a great deal on the boat. Fast forward to a year later and its now time for my first service. Again, working with them has been hassle free and Lamar is a pro at customer service. Their prices are very good and they even worked a couple of warranty issues out on a spun prop and a bimini cover, which potentially saved me hundred of dollars. Plus, pickup and delivery for my first service was free! It's great to have a local dealer that is so customer oriented. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and I will recommend them to all my friends who might be in the market for a quality boat. Great job Rinker's!

TOP notch customer service! No pressure or gimmicks, family owned and Christian based! Ask for Chris! As first time buyers we shopped around and went to so many other places and there were times we wouldn't even be acknowledged at the other boat stores. At Rinkers everyone is always willing to help and as for Chris he took his time, was very patient, informative thru the entire process, from beginning to end making it a breeze! Never did we imagined how easy it was to get a boat, the only hard part was picking the right one. And towards the end Chris made sure to take us out on a demo before we signed and walked us over to James at parts, whom was also awesome, to facilitate acquiring all the essentials for our new bad boy toon! We left with a peace of mind knowing we can go back for all our future needs! Looking forward to good times ahead and cheers to awesome service!
