On The Water Service “On the water service” is exclusively available for all Boat Town customers. Our goal is to make service easy and hassle-free. Our certified boat technicians will travel to your dock, marina, or wherever your boat is stored. “On the water service” is always just a phone call away. In-House Service Department Boat Town’s service department features factory-trained and certified service technicians that provide quality, accurate and timely repairs to your boat. Our 7 bay service facility houses 10 plus experienced service personnel. Boat Town’s service technicians (4 factory trained and 2 master) boasts over 50 years of combined experience. Our service technicians are trained to service the most popular boat brands engines.
