After trying several other marinas in the Clear Lake area, we came to Seabrook Marina. What a pleasant surprise. The moorage fees are reasonable, the bathrooms are nearby and clean, their electric rate is reasonable and honest. We've been here about 5 months and have enjoyed our stay. If we had any suggestions to make the place better it would be create a boaters lounge in the fitness center complete with bulletin board that is accessible to all. The shipyard and travel lift operation is as good as any in the area, but would be better if boat owners could do light repair during haul out operations. Once a year the marina staff put on a moorage customer appreciation barbecue, by the pool. It is well done with good food and good music. We appreciated the friendly staff that made this outing quite fun. Before you put your money down in another marina, check out Seabrook first.

Been a tenant for 2 years. The facilities are very nice and they are are always improving. The bathrooms and just been remodeled. There is a new pool, a fitness center (never been to it, but I break out in a sweat driving by it). Several good repair shops operate out of the shipyard, and tenants get a big discount on haul outs. There are other nice marinas around but they aren't as nice or convenient as Seabrook.

Seabrook Marina has been home to our numerous boats for over 30 YEARS now!!! I don't think any rating system accurately denotes how satisfied we've been, more than the length of years we've actually stayed at Seabrook Marina!! We have truly enjoyed this marina; including the gym, laundry, and the new restaurant and pool are icing on the cake!

We brought our boat here to prepare to ship it to the San Francisco Bay area. The marina was very nice, as a matter of fact, the shower next to the pool is the nicest shower I've ever seen in a marina. The marina staff was extremely helpful and flexible when our plans kept changing, consistently over-performing. The shipyard was also very accommodating and professional as well. Highly recommended.
