With storage rates as low as $5/foot, Cape Fear Boat Works is hard to beat. Owner Sam Long has created a home away from home at Cape Fear Boat Works with an air conditioned captains lounge which houses a conference table, mini fridge, sink and dishwasher as well as a shower facility. CFBW is a less then 10 minutes drive from grocery, laundry, and restaurants and a courtesy car is available (limited use). PAINT & GLASS The team at Cape Fear Boat Works knows that everyone wants to look their best when on the water and our fiberglass and paint craftsman will make your boat structurally sound while at the same time bringing it back to her original shine. Should unanticipated work appear to be necessary, you will be advised at once and the estimate revised. Insurance Coverage Cape Fear Boat Works will not be held responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism or the elements. Boats in our care are insured against loss, only if it is found to have been caused by our negligence. We require that all storage customers carry liability insurance on their hull during the off season months. Payment Terms Full payment is expected within 30 days of our invoice date. A 1.5% finance charge per month will be charged on all overdue accounts. Rate Changes The yard rates for Labor, Storage, Moorings and Equipment Usage are subject to change.
