We provide mobile service to most area marinas throughout the Midwest. Bay Marine has also been able to establish world-class service yards where our factory trained and certified craftsmen specialize in major and minor mechanical repairs and refits, fiberglass, gel coat and painting as well as brite work, carpentry, canvas and rigging for boats from 18′-90′. Bay Marine’s service department represents the marine industry’s most recognizable companies such as; Garmin, Mercury Marine, Raymarine, Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Seakeeper, Yamaha and numerous others. Boat Yard We diligently maintain clean and secure boat yards to take care of all of your marine needs. Capable of hauling or transporting up to 90 ft or 80 tons of boat/yacht. Storage Bay Marine has established two, state-of-the-art service facilities with seasoned marine technicians qualified to handle any project related to the safe operation of your vessel. We provide indoor heated storage as well as outdoor storage and shrink wrapping services at both of our Midwest operations. Outdoor storage is available in southwest Florida. Fuel Dock Bay Marine of Door County’s fuel dock stretches 260’ and is strategically designed to reduce the effects of strong winds. We offer ethanol free, mid-grade gasoline and off-road diesel fuels serviced by our friendly crew. At Bay Marine’s Chicago Yachting Center, our lift well operates inside the Waukegan Harbor with access to temporary slips to allow for easy service accessibility at launch and haul out.
