Angel Montanez of Mass Maritime Marine is the best marine surveyor money can buy. Being a Licensed Captain who can captain any boat of any size in any waters and a Master Marine Surveyor for or over 27 years, this man is more than qualified for boat inspections. His prices are very reasonable, as there are a lot of surveyors out there with less experience and higher rates.
I bought a boat, and hired Angel to protect my investment. Angel identified several issues that were ultimately resolved, but could have cost me about $3,000. I'm glad i hired him, because he saved me money from having to fix a lot of issues that I would not have identified myself.
Additionally, Angel was very accommodating to my schedule, and offered a lot of maintenance and repair tips that were not part of the survey.
