In 1959, Bert Jabin settled his Yacht Yard on Annapolis’ peaceful Back Creek, laying the foundations for a family business dedicated to providing exceptional service. Here you’ll find our award winning high and dry boatel operation, more than 200 slips for power and sail, and over 25 independent marine service providers on-site. Our location provides great protection from wind and waves while still offering easy access to the Chesapeake Bay, only minutes away. We’re devoted to keeping our environment clean and healthy, practicing environmentally friendly initiatives that help make us one of Maryland’s Certified Clean Marinas. Haul-Out Here at Bert Jabin Yacht Yard, we like to give boaters year-round flexibility to haul-out and launch. Our 35, 50, and 75-ton travel-lifts splash boats in the spring, put them to bed for the winter, and execute swift hauls and launches daily throughout the boating season. We’re equipped to haul vessels with a maximum beam of 20.5 feet. Easy mobility allows us to haul to our work area, where environmentally friendly filtration cloths are placed under your boat prevent contaminants from seeping into the Bay. We perform short-hauls for buyers and sellers doing surveys, or just for a quick bottom power wash. We can also offload and load to trailers for those not traveling by sea. Racing In addition to haul-out, we offer a full menu of services tailored to the racing class sailor. Our highly experienced staff is here to help boat owners or their contractors with any racing need, whether it’s offloading and loading boats from transport trucks, cradle construction and assembly, mast stepping and unstepping, keel removal and installation, or any other commissioning or decommissioning tasks.

This is a great facility. I often see security and the bath house is well kept. Seems like an efficient operation.

Jabin's has been taking care of our boating fun for so many years. They have the best boatel, power washing, and general storage operation in Annapolis. The onsite contractors can take care of any issues but they are also friendly if you want to use an outside contractor. There is nowhere else to keep your boat in Annapolis.

This is a review that very few will be able to take advantage of unless your in the market for a multi million dollar offshore sail boat. I had been in the market for such a vessel for several years and had very exacting standards that needed to be met. I was not just looking for a boat, but also a support network to keep it in proper condition for cruising. Jabin's has the network of onsite contractors and brokers tht both found me the boat, outfitted it, and continue to maintain it.
