That being said this company came in middle of the road with their pricing however they shot the moon with both their customer service and the quality of lift. The owner/operator I dealt with on the install did a wonderful job of listening to my concerns and fitting our tight time frame. They had hit a small snafu with a mismatched part on the day of the install but the owner had his people out there working on it all day and well into the evening so that their problem never became our (the customers) problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a boat lift for their dock.
