This place rocks. They custom made my road cover 16 years ago, it is still withstanding the rigors of 70mph going down the highway for over 150 thousand miles, well done! I have and will continue to use Smitty's for all my canvas work. I recently had a brainstorm about how to fix the problem of while sitting in back seat of the boat on rainy day and getting wet. I had some ideas. After putting it on paper and explaining how I wanted it to work and adding my wife's request. It took a little engineering, it was accomplished. It looks as though it came from the factory. I only wish I had this idea sooner. LOL Smitty's rocks. Quality work. I give them 2 thumbs up.

The Indiana University Waterski Team has always strived to find the best quality products for our boats that can be delivered as quickly and fairly priced as possible. Smitty's Indy Marine was recommended to us by our regular mechanic in Indianapolis and they definitely did not disappoint us. We received a great quality custom boat cover and are sure that it will turn out to be a great investment. Highly recommend.

The true test for boat canvas is how it holds up outdoor use. After a year the boat tarp that Smitty's made for our boat is as good as new. They did the new tarp on schedule and on budget. They improved upon the original tarp design and added an additional position for a pole for water to roll off the boat. The bilge pump is almost never needed since the tarp does such a great job keeping water out if the boat. The tarp fits snuggly but is easy to snap into place. Quality work from a dependable local merchant. I would take my boat there again if I ever need another boat cover.

This place was recommended by West Marine in Castleton. Apparently there are several shops in town all run by extended members of the same family who are genetically predisposed to be great boat upholstery craftsman. I'm sure some patent troll is in the process of patenting that gene right now. I got my boat seat repaired at the price their quoted and in the amount of time they quoted. That's all I ask for. Let's see if it lasts 10+ years like it did from the factory.
