Soooo Glad I found these guys. I had an emergency sail repair needed, and hadn't dealt with anyone in the city. Well, it was a holiday weekend, with a regatta taking place, one of the three big ones each summer. My lack of planning to inspect my sails, almost excluded me from participation. I called North Sails on a Friday, at about 5:00pm, 30 mins before close. NOt only did they wait an hour, 30 mins after their scheduled closing, they charged me next to nothing claiming they were happy to help. I came back the following tuesday with a case of beer, and they were stoked. From what I've heard around the harbor, they are tops, no job too big, and will work with you if any problems arise. GO THERE!
