Yet, when I contacted GLS about either a warranty replacement or a store credit they refused any concession or to even consider working with me in any way. I am stuck with the shop bill, shipping and now a $2100 replacement. As an online marine retailer myself, I know about customer service and correcting problems so the customer does not feel cheated. I definitely feel like Great Lakes Skipper cheated me in this instance but selling old stock as "new".

Very poor customer service. Order two off white bolster boat seats at a value of appoximately $700.00 plus an additional $200.00 in shipping. The seats arrived in a timely manner, they were packes very well but were clearly not the off white color as listed in the item description. The seat were a bright white. After contacting customer service and sending pictures of the seats showing the bright white color next to our off white boat interior the company was willing to allow us to return them for a decision on a possible refund or an instore credit but there would not allow any credit for shipping that had already been paid or to have the seat returned. The shipping was very excessive to start with and then paying $200.00 more to return them. I would not suggest purchasing items from this company.
