Horrible experience. This group does not seem to want any business. I purchased a Groupon for a full car detail in February 2017. I called shortly after my purchase was made and was told that they were not doing auto detailing until March when the weather was better. I left my information with the gentleman and waited to receive a call to schedule. I finally emailed and called the business on March 23rd after not hearing anything back from them. A man named Ron emailed me back quickly to set up an appointment for March 25th. He stated he would verify the appointment on the 24th. After not hearing back from Ron I emailed him at 9pm on the 24th to confirm my own appointment.
Ron quickly replied, "Unfortunately no. I can no longer service groupons . It's a new development. I do apologiZe." (Direct cut and paste from his email)
What?!?! So I waited 6 weeks to get my car detail, you string me along with an appointment, then back out at the last minute??? Where you even going to notify me or just no show, since I had to email you at 9pm the night before to confirm when you said that you would?
I can not recommend this business based on the interaction I had with them. Don't put a Groupon out there if you have no plans of honoring them!!! If you can't Honor the Groupon then still offer your services at the going rate since we had an appointment set up instead of leaving me hanging. Poor customer service. Poor communication.
